Whether you have made the bash a part of your regularly attended shows each year or if you have never attended an NCM event before, you will want to be a part of the 12th Annual C5/C6 Bash April 23-25! This year’s bash is the first event of the season held at the Museum and the activities planned are everything you want in a Corvette event!

National Corvette Museum C5/C6 Bash

The event kicks off on Thursday, April 23 with two scenic road tours including a drive to the heart of bluegrass music in Western Kentucky for a tour of the International Bluegrass Museum and lunch a world-renown Moonlight BBQ. If you enjoy browsing for collectible antiques then you will want to be sure and sign up for the Antique and Crafts road tour. These fascinating tours are limited to a specific number of participants and are “drive your Corvette” tours. If you are arriving on Thursday, you will want to make one of these a part of your event selection when registering.

Thursday’s activities also include a “digital scavenger hunt” on and within NCM grounds. Bring your camera cell phone or digital camera to shoot a photo of the clue you are looking for!

Friday's festivities are jam packed with everything from seminars to poker runs! The Corvette Customer assistance team will be on-hand to discuss factory warranty and other customer related issues and you will want to place your bids early as part of the bidding war during the silent auction offered on Friday and Saturday. Through a special arrangement we will again host a Corvette Quality Clinic for owners of 2008 and 2009 Corvettes. If you own a 2009 and want to take part, send your contact information, VIN and mileage to Karen Renfrow .

There are several informative seminars that will take place in the Chevrolet Theater on Friday including a seminar by Tadge Juechter and Harlan Charles as they introduce the 2010 Corvettes as well as a special unveiling in the front circle!  Be sure to keep your eyes on the agenda for more information. You can also find out more than you can imagine about your C5 at the C5 Repair and Maintenance seminar to help you extend the life of your 5th Gen Corvette. Be a part of the event group photo, autograph session and Golf cart Autocross to take in all the event has to offer. We invite you to set aside some time in the late afternoon for an in depth look at the new expansion hosted by NCM team members.

Donors who have given $1000 or more in 2008 and those who have included the Museum in their Estate Planning will be honored at the Winners Circle reception on Friday evening. This is an invitation only gathering.

Saturday morning the event gears up with a chance to meet the newest Vehicle Line Executive for Corvette (and Global RWD platforms) Gene Stefanyshyn. Making a special trip here from his office in Australia , Gene, along with Harlan Charles and Tadge Juechter will host a Breakfast with Gene in our conference center. This is a limited opportunity so sign up quickly to meet Tom Wallace's successor. Only 68 participants can enjoy this road tour excursion so be sure to add this to your registration. C5/C6 Registry leaders Dan and Jake will take on all participants at the Pit Crew Challenge exhibit inside the racing area of the Museum so get your pit crew skills ready!

Bid on some of the finest collectibles from Corvette/GM and Corvette Racing along with donated items you will want to take home by being a part of the live auction in the Chevrolet Theater.
