In addition the 2009 Rev'ved Up 4 Kidz Charity car show will play host to the "Hot Rodders of Tomorrow" Engine Challenge, an engine build competition for auto technology and high school students. This event, presented by Race and Performance Expo, originated in the Chicago area,
and is now expanding to regional competitions in a bracket style tournament. "This competition is great for all involved", states Edelbrock President, Vic Edelbrock. "It exposes young adults to the excitement and passion of the automotive industry and it gives them the opportunity to
achieve real accomplishment. Edelbrock got involved through our friend and business partner, Jim Bingham, whose goal is to grow this competition and cultivate the next crop of automotive industry talent".

"I am very passionate about the infinite possibilities of networking with our business partners to raise awareness and funding for such a wonderful cause", states Christi Edelbrock. "This year's benefit is especially important to the Center for Learning Unlimited to aid in their relocation to a new facility in Torrance, CA. This new location will further expand the support of special needs children and their families."
