This fully restored 1958 Corvette will be auctioned at the Mecum Spring Classic. Every detail has been refurbished or reproduced to standards established by the National Corvette Restorers Society (NCRS). These define the car as it left the factory in 1958. The goal is to restore the car to that condition, no worse, and NO BETTER ! Therefore you may notice areas of overspray in the engine compartment or a difference in gloss between exterior paint and door jambs. These original details have been painstakingly reproduced. The car was built approximately February 15, 1958 in St Louis, Missouri. The casting dates and serial numbers of all components are consistent with this build date.
