An e-mail reminder arrived in my mailbox yesterday: That day was the anniversary of my start here at Corvette Fever.

 Two years ago, I was living out of a Penske rental van, waiting for the rest of my furniture/reference library to arrive so I could turn a long-vacant house into my Southern Polar Observatory.  (I'd called a previous home in Minnesota my Polar Observatory, as it was the closest I'd ever lived to the North Pole.)

Since then, I've met up with dozens of devoted  Corvette lovers, whose cars I've written about for stories seen here & in the pages of  Corvette Fever  Magazine.  Thanks again to you folks, for sharing your rides--from resto to new-tech, and everything in between--with our readers.

Thanks also to Alan Colvin for bringing me aboard, especially so soon after the magazine I'd written/edited for nearly a decade decided it no longer needed me...which enabled me to escape from California and move to Florida.

And...a BIG thank you to you readers, who've supported our advertisers while enjoying the best Corvette  magazine and website there is!
