What's a SEMA Show without a red Corvette in it? (HINT: Two words: Bore. Ing.)
Come on in and check out just a couple of the crimson-colored Corvettes that were grabbing SEMA Show-goers eyes this year.
It's likely that, since the first SEMA Show in 1967 (held in the concourse at Dodger Stadium just north of downtown L.A., there's been a '67 Corvette Sting Ray either in the show itself, or parked right next to it. This one was in the GM display...and, by the words on the windshield header, this Midyear's all original. We wonder if it (and the steel-bodied '64 Chevy Biscayne in the background) got more attention than that...that...thing in between them!
Just how red can a Corvette get? Combine painstaking bodywork and paint prep with a brilliant hue (and the bright Southern Nevada afternoon sun), and this is the result!
