If you missed the feature on this '73 Corvette Stingrat that appeared in last February's Corvette Fever, fear not. We've got you covered (on this blog and elsewhere). Read on about another favorite of '09.....

Found at Carlisle (in more than one stack of parts), this '73 Stingray is now an eye-grabbing VetteRod.

When you check out this Vette (in the "Featured Vettes" section on this website), you'll read about Bob Lucas' "adventures"...what he started the project with...what he originally planned...and what turned it into the Shark you see here.

LS1, donor car 0.

Like that engine: It's a modern-tech LS1 that looks like it belongs there.

First-class cabin all the way.

How about that cabin? Doesn't it say "VetteRod" out loud to you?

A last-chrome-bumper Vette was first to get VBP's monoleaf suspension.

And how about that stance? That you can thank VBP (Vette Brakes & Products) for, as they prototyped their monoleaf suspension system on this car. You can also thank Harborvette Restorations for the way it all turned out!
