Another replay of a distinctive Corvette seen in Corvette Fever's "Your Ride In The Sporlight" is this originally-red droptop '06....which was this young lady's 16th birthday present!

2006 Corvette Convertible

When we got this, Tiffany was a junior at Reagan High School in San Antonio, and a member of the Alamo Area Corvette Club.  She got the '06 from her parents for her 16th birthday.

 In order to get the car to pink, the original red color was repainted.  Each body panel of the Corvette was taken off the car to paint it the pink that she picked out on-line.  Interestingly, the headlights had to be heated to 250 degrees, separated and painted inside, and put back together.  

All the body and paint work was done by First Service Collision in Addison, Texas. Obviously, Tiffany was very pleased with the outcome, and she enjoys showcasing it at car shows, where it sure gets lots of attention!
