AUTOMATIC ELECTRIC RADIATOR FAN SHUTOFF FROM RON FRANCIS WIRING

Did you know that your electric fan, if not turned off, will actually decrease airflow through the radiator at highway speeds? That’s why the Ron Francis Electric Cooling Fan Shutdown Kit belongs on your car.  It automatically shuts off your electric cooling fan above 50 - 60 MPH to let the air flow through the radiator and improve engine cooling at highway speed.

“In vehicle testing, we’ve seen a ten-degree drop in engine temperatures while operating above 60 MPH”, says company founder Ron Francis. The unit is fully adjustable, and control freaks can even override it if they want to with the supplied dash-mounted toggle switch. Speed is recognized by a signal generator that goes into the speedometer cable. The fan shutoff comes as a complete kit, lists for $179.95.  It’s so new it’s not even in the newest Ron Francis’ Wiring Encyclopedia and tech manual, (which they’ll be happy to send you for free, by the way) so for now, go to their website and search part # CS-07.
